BEACHCOMBING
Netarts is fortunate to share a long sandy beach with that runs north
from Netarts to Oceanside. Plenty of sand to enjoy a long romantic walk.
Or enjoy jogging, building a sandcastle, flying a kite, boogie boarding,
surfing, having a picnic or just to take in the awesome view of the
Oregon Coast that we call home.
HIKING
Hiking trails are located at Cape Lookout State Park, Munson Creek Falls, Bay Ocean or Netarts Bay Spits.
PICNICS
With the miles of sandy beaches on the Oregon Coast, it's perfect for
spreading out a blanket and enjoying a picnic with an awesome view!
THREE CAPES SCENIC DRIVE LOOP
The Three Capes Scenic Drive Loop is a great meandering drive that
follows a 40 mile route starting north in Garibaldi and ending in south
in Pacific City. You'll see spectacular ocean views, along with sand
dunes at Sandlake, the lighthouse at Cape Meares, the Octopus Tree, the 3 Arches, Hay
Stack Rock as well as Netarts and Tillamook Bays.
CLAMMING
Tillamook County bays and ocean beaches have the largest area of clam
beds of any Oregon county and Netarts Bay is at your doorstep!
CRABBING & FISHING
There are many rivers and streams, plus beach and ocean fishing.
Charter Fishing is also available north in Garibaldi. Crabbing is a
great sport in Netarts Bay.
TILLAMOOK CHEESE VISITOR CENTER
A long time favorite for locals and visitors. Enjoy their award
winning cheeses, ice cream and the Farmhouse Cafe! Open year round.
